We are seeking an experienced Pegasystems Consultant to join our Dublin-based clients’ team to help upgrade, implement and optimise business processes and customer engagement solutions using the PEGA platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure and implement PEGA solutions across various business areas.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse processes and propose optimised solutions.
• Develop PEGA workflows, case types, rules and user interfaces to meet business needs.
• Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PEGA-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Provide documentation, training and knowledge transfer to business users and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pegasystems Consultant (4 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of PEGA PRPC, case management, rules configuration and workflows.
• Experience with integrating PEGA with external systems and APIs.
• Solid understanding of business process analysis and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
